WTS supports Medisoft on many clearinghouses. Setting up the Revenue Management feature in Medisoft is one of our most popular services.

If you aren’t using Medisoft’s Revenue Management component properly, your patient statements could end up incorrect. Medisoft training is one on one.  We’ll teach your team many things and also how to set up your Medisoft adjustment codes such that they auto post to the patient’s account correctly.

Medisoft electronic claims help is a service we provide for our clients who use clearinghouses like Trizetto (Cognizant) and Emedix by CGM. In some cases, we provide per incident support for Medisoft claims troubleshooting with other clearinghouses also. If you need a boost regarding  Medisoft claim rejections, we can help.

For preventative maintenance on your Medisoft database, run File Maintenance once per week, log out of Medisoft properly each day and prevent power interruption to your server. If you do experience a Medisoft 7041 File Missing or similar message, we perform data repairs and will get you back on track.  

HL7 and Medisoft is our specialty. We have interfaced Medisoft to 30 Electronic Health Record systems. WTS primarily offers this for a flat rate. We do also provide monthly interface subscriptions. (WTS additionally provides Lytec HL7 interfaces.)

We can interface your Medisoft to your lab. We've worked with Quest, LabCorp and more. We specialize in HL7 interfaces for Medisoft. (We also configure Lytec HL7 lab interfaces.)
